Internazionale Milan sudah berhasil mengalahkan Bayern Muenchen (Munich) di Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano, Madrid, Rabu, 19 Mei 2010. Ini fakta, bukan prediksi. Kedua tim bertemu di ajang UEFA Champions League Under-18 Challenge.
Pertarungan ini digelar tiga hari sebelum tim senior mereka saling berhadapan di final Liga Champions. Pertarungan akan dimainkan di Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid.
Tim muda Inter dalam pertandingan tadi bermain dalam tempo cepat sejak awal pertandingan. Hasilnya masuk menit kedua mereka sudah bisa mencetak gol pertama lewat gol Denis Alibec. Skor 1-0 bertahan sampai turun minum.
Pada babak kedua Munich ingin cepat-cepat bisa menyamakan kedudukan. Kapten mereka Mino Kayser ikut membantu serangan dan beberapa kali bisa mengirimkan umpan matang. Sayang tidak ada yang berujung gol.
11 menit sebelum pertandingan usai justru Inter yang kembali menjebol gawang Munich. Gol ini juga disumbangkan oleh Alibec. Skor akhir 2-0. (UEFA)

There are two ways to look at Tuesday night’s Bayern Munich vs. Inter Milan match. The first is to say this was a pretty boring game (because in all honesty, it was). It seemed as if neither team was sufficiently inspired to get the win, and this despite the prestigious nature of the fixture (it was Serie A vs. Bundesliga champions after all) and the title at stake (the “Franz Beckenbauer Cup” and “12th Trofeo Pirelli”, as it were). Even after Mançini’s opener (a nice left-footed chip over the keeper and the only real highlight of the night, arriving as late as minute 52) neither team changed their playing attitude a great deal, Inter seemingly content of holding their lead till the end, and Bayern obviously lacking any real motivation to get the equalizer.
That’s one way to look at it.
