Heboh kemunculan blog peleceh Allah & Nabi Muhammad belum reda, kini malah muncul tayangan lain yang mungkin justru lebih memanaskan suasana. Tayangan lain yang aku maksudkan ini adalah beberapa artikel yang baru saja nongol di situs inilah.com. Situs tersebut tampaknya berat sebelah, dengan Islam sebagai pihak yang dizalimi. Dalam artikelnya, situs inilah.com hanya menunjukkan adanya reaksi negatif berupa cacian (dari sejumlah muslim yang marah ketika mengunjungi blog peleceh itu). Situs tersebut tidak melaporkan adanya reaksi netral (atau bahkan positif) sebagaimana dalam komentar-komentar terhadap postingan “Allah & Nabi Muhammad Dilecehkan di WordPress, Jangan Diam!” atau postingan serupa lainnya yang banyak tersebar di wordpress.com.

Selain itu, situs tersebut juga menyampaikan laporan keliru bahwa “sepertinya belum ada yang melaporkan ke pihak wordpress untuk memblokirnya”. Padahal, sebagaimana tercatat dalam statistik blogku disamping yang terrcatat di tempat lain, yang menyampaikan laporan untuk memblokir blog peleceh itu sudah mencapai ribuan orang (walau belum ditanggapi oleh pihak wordpress.com).

INILAH.COM, Jakarta – Sebuah blog yang menghujat Islam mencuat. Semua tulisan dalam blog tersebut secara eksplisit ditujukan untuk menyerang ajaran Islam, yang disebarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad.

Blog itu bernama Berita Muslim Sahih dengan alamat www.beritamuslim.wordpress.com. Sepertinya blog itu dibuat sejak April 2008, terlihat dari tulisan yang pertama kali dipublikasikannya.

Penulis blog yang tidak dijelaskan identitasnya, dengan tegas menjabarkan bahwa blog tersebut dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memurtadkan para penganut Islam. Menurutnya, Nabi Muhammad, sebagai nabi Islam, adalah sosok yang sangat tidak pantas ditiru.

Blog yang mencatut organisasi Faith Freedom sebagai sponsor ini, dengan tegas menganjurkan untuk meninggalkan ajaran Islam, membuang Al-Quran, dan memulai hidup dengan penuh kasih dan damai.

Blog yang ramai dikunjungi itu, sepertinya belum ada yang melaporkan ke pihak wordpress untuk memblokirnya. Dalam kotak komentarnya banyak pembaca blog ini yang bereaksi negatif terhadap isi tulisannya, dengan cacian. [bar]

Kemudian situs inilah.com justru ikut menyebarkan isi blog peleceh itu. Buktinya, situs tersebut menayangkan laporan “Inilah Isi Blog Anti-Islam (1)” pada 10/01/2010 – 13:15 dan seterusnya. (Aku tidak mengutipnya di sini karena tidak mau ikut menyebarkan pesan-pesan anti-Islam.) Anehnya, situs inilah.com malah tidak melaporkan adanya pelecehan terhadap Allah & Nabi Muhammad yang muncul dalam artikel “terbaru” (berupa karikatur) di blog peleceh itu. Kita jadi bertanya-tanya: Apakah situs inilah.com mendukung blog peleceh Allah & Nabi Muhammad? Apa pun jawabannya, kita umat Islam harus waspada!

Kasus Manohara, model cantik berdarah Sulawesi yang tak pernah sepi diekspos media massa, menjadi bumbu menarik dinamika hubungan bilateral antara Indonesia dan Malaysia. Konflik Manohara dengan mantan suaminya, Tengku Fahri, pangeran Kerajaan Kelantan, yang terus berlarut, melengkapi serangkaian dentuman kasus yang selama ini mewarnai ”panas dingin” relasi kedua negara serumpun itu.

Belakangan, negeri jiran tersebut kerap dituding sebagai ”benalu” yang acap membuat rakyat Indonesia gerah dan bahkan marah. Peristiwa perebutan blok Ambalat, klaim Pulau Sipadan-Ligitan, pengakuan ikon budaya Nusantara seperti reog Ponorogo, tari pendet, batik, hingga lagu Rasa Sayange merupakan contoh upaya mereka mencaplok khazanah sosial-budaya milik kita. Belum lagi ingatan akan perlakuan arogan mereka terhadap ratusan ribu tenaga kerja Indonesia (TKI) di sana serta bagaimana secara ”ideologis” warga mereka (Dr Azhari dan Noordin M. Top) mengacak-acak negeri ini dengan doktrin terorismenya. Di mata khalayak, hal itu terkesan sengaja memantik permusuhan dengan beragam cara yang provokatif. Benarkah demikian?

Buku Maumu Apa, Malaysia? ini dengan lugas menjawab berbagai kebingungan serta pertanyaan seputar hubungan Indonesia-Malaysia itu, lebih-lebih selama tiga tahun terakhir. Pada sejumlah hal, harus diakui bahwa Malaysia langsung maupun tidak telah dengan sadar mengajak berkonfrontasi. Dalam soal perebutan wilayah, misalnya, tak dapat disangkal mereka berupaya merusak harmoni dan kesepakatan yang sudah ada. Dari sini, stereotip negatif tentang mereka melekat di benak masyarakat kita.

Namun, juga mesti disadari, terdapat beberapa hal yang sebenarnya sumbu konfliknya hanya dipicu oleh kesalahpahaman dalam mengamati duduk perkara suatu persoalan. Yang menarik, buku ini berusaha menyuguhkan data dan argumen yang berimbang ihwal perselisihan kedua negara yang selama ini berlangsung. Genuk Ch. Lazuardi dengan tekun merekam secara runtut aneka persoalan yang menjadi biang konflik Indonesia-Malaysia lewat gaya pemaparan yang khas, renyah, dan ringan dicerna.

Melalui ilustrasi dari beragam sudut, Genuk mencoba menggambarkan wajah masyarakat Indonesia di negeri berpenduduk 27 juta tersebut secara detail. Lewat ilustrasinya, secara tidak langsung pembaca akan dibawa memahami dan menelisik dari dekat bagaimana keberlangsungan hidup komunitas Indonesia di sana serta bagaimana pula orang Malaysia memperlakukan mereka. Sebagai jurnalis yang telah tiga tahun berkarir di Malaysia, dia mengajak kita berkeliling melihat peta Malaysia dari lensa yang paling jernih dan diambil langsung dari jantung permasalahan, yakni suka-duka rakyat Indonesia bertarung menyabung hidup di negeri seberang.

Layaknya karya reportase, investigasi reflektif yang dihadirkan buku ini melaporkan apa adanya keseharian rakyat kita di negara kaya minyak itu. Setidaknya, laporan tersebut terungkap dari empat sisi, yaitu hegemoni Indonesia di belantika hiburan Malaysia, dominasi TKI dalam dunia kerja, urat akar sejarah Indonesia dalam budaya Melayu, serta keampuhan diplomasi musik dan kuliner Nusantara di sana.

Bila diurai, benang kusut hubungan tersebut lebih disulut maraknya ketidakpahaman (misunderstanding) serta salah persepsi (misperception) masing-masing pihak. Sekadar contoh, kasus heboh seputar klaim tari pendet dan reog Ponorogo yang sempat disemprotkan kepada Malaysia ternyata lebih disebabkan sikap salah paham terhadap ekspresi berbudaya orang-orang Melayu, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia yang tinggal di Malaysia. Selama ini, aktivitas kesenian komunitas Indonesia di negara yang merdeka pada 1957 itu selalu mengusung tema dan simbol-simbol Nusantara.

Orang-orang keturunan Jawa di sana, misalnya, terbiasa mengadakan seni wayang, reog, dan semacamnya. Begitu juga dari etnik yang lain. Kekayaan multietnik kita diapresiasi dan diekspresikan dengan baik dan lestari di sana. Lantas, mengapa kita tidak malah bangga dan justru merasa dicaplok? Sebagai perbandingan, atraksi seni barongsai yang asli Tiongkok dikenal sangat masyhur di Singapura. Seakan-akan barongsai adalah ikon mereka dan dalam banyak acara mereka menampilkannya dengan leluasa. Lalu kenapa orang-orang Tiongkok tidak pernah mempermasalahkannya? Sebaliknya mereka bangga, kebudayaan mereka bisa eksis di negeri orang.

Yang jelas, kesenjangan informasi dan ketimpangan data plus nuansa ”ego nasionalisme” sektoral merupakan faktor dari berbagai kesalahpahaman yang terjadi selama ini. Padahal, bila kita telaah sejarah, kedua bangsa itu adalah ”alam Melayu” yang diikat kesatuan politik dan budaya yang sangat erat. Jalinan sosial kedua bangsa sangat harmonis, kendati sempat diwarnai fluktuasi konfliktual. Migrasi besar penduduk Nusantara ke Malaysia menyebabkan begitu banyak orang Melayu di sana berasal dari Indonesia. Contoh paling mutakhir, perdana menteri Malaysia saat ini, Datuk Najib Razak, adalah keturunan Bugis-Makassar dari raja Gowa ke-XI.

Sukar dimungkiri, sebagai bangsa serumpun, keduanya memiliki beragam ”perekat”. Kedekatan geografis, kemudahan askses, serta kemiripan bahasa dan budaya adalah modal positif untuk membangun kembali harmoni di antara keduanya. Menurut sejarawan Asvi Marwan Adam, sejarah pernah mewartakan, bagaimana Ibrahim Jacoob dan Bung Karno pernah menyetujui gagasan dibentuknya negara Indonesia Raya, wujud penyatuan Indonesia dan Malaysia. Walau sayang, ide itu akhirnya gagal terwujud.

Pada aras demikian, buku ini bisa dimaknai sebagai ikhtiar merekatkan kembali keretakan sosial yang akhir-akhir ini mewarnai hubungan Indonesia-Malaysia. Sudah saatnya kita memandang polemik sebagai ajang pendewasaan bagi proses persaudaraan. Warga Indonesia jangan lagi memandang Malaysia semata dari kacamata kisah-kisah miris TKI sembari melupakan sisi positif di dalamnya. Sementara itu, Malaysia sudah waktunya membuang stigma 3D (difficult, dirty, dangerous) kepada TKI dengan memberi penghargaan yang pantas dan manusiawi.

Kendati penulis berprofesi sebagai pekerja di Malaysia, ulasan-ulasan dalam buku ini jauh dari kesan apologis yang cenderung membela Malaysia. Dia menyajikan pemahaman dan fakta-fakta aktual seputar hubungan kedua negara melalui optik yang netral. Kelengkapan data, variasi topik, serta kemahiran mengulas masalah menjadikan buku ini menarik dibaca dan tepat dijadikan referensi bagi calon tenaga kerja, pelaku bisnis, hingga pelajar dan mahasiswa yang hendak studi dan berkarir di Malaysia.
