Job Description and profile:
Expert with knowledge for manufacturing process engineering (Lean manufacturing, Methods Time Measurement- MTM, Ergonomics, Line Architecture and Design, Process cost analysis, Pokayoke, Process Flow Simulation, Line Balancing, Conceptualization of Jigs and Fixtures, Special Purpose Automation Machine, etc.,)

Functional competency:
Specify, Conceptualize and Design Processes and Line Layout with FMEA, Procures work Station, Jigs, fixtures, Machine guarding, Gauges, Equipments that minimize waste and balance work content to enhance Productivity, interprets Line simulation models and Process cost analysis and use the information to optimize processes. Leadership and Cross Functional Competencies are expected


Job Description and profile:

  • Lead a team of 40-60 operators.
  • Responsible for the daily production planning
  • Ensure that the daily planning can be executed
  • Review hourly output
  • Review between plan end actual output and lead the action plan to solve the issue with concern team and support function.


Job Description and profile:

  • To ensure manufacturing process and final inspection conform to specification.
  • To lead the preventive & corrective actions for improvement.
  • To response and initiate actions for any quality problem & customer complaint.
  • To make sure implementation of Engineering Change Note
  • To ensure the qualification of process & process facilities is done according to procedure.


Job Description and profile:

  • Place Order on time and follow up delivery (backlog order)
  • Responsible for the shortage and Excess Follow up
  • Analyze inventory level & put reasonable safety stock
  • Having experience in manufacturing company as buyer/purchaser for buying electronic parts and knowledge in the supplier management


Job Description and profile:

  • Support Quality engineers to identify corrective actions to resolve a customer problem.
  • Propose and evaluate possible design improvements.
  • Analyse root cause(s) of product failures.
  • Follow-up with the various worldwide R&D centers on design modifications.
  • Manage all manufacturing activities in the plant related to a new product from R&D.
  • Contribute effectively in FMECAs, Brainstorming sessions conducted by R&D


Job Description and profile:

  • Ensure and monitoring production performance as the following plan
  • Ensure On lime Delivery to Customer and monitor sales order customer
  • Provide accurate delivery information to customer
  • Monitoring Air Freight out (by Weight)
  • LT Analysis & Optimization (with SC Analyst)
  • Having experience as Planner in manufacturing process, and handling material planning (MRP) and having knowledge in production process

General requirements:

  • Graduated or Diploma in industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering a Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing plant for all position, except for (TL) are welcome for the fresh graduated
  • For position (ME) is proficiency in AutoCAD and PLC programming will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate & having strong knowledge in SAP system for (PL) and (BU)
  • Having strong behavior and teamwork.
  • A good command in English is obligatory.
  • All positions are to be located in Batam
